On 25 December 2005 1500 people gathered in Kadikoy/Ästanbul for commemorating the imprisoned
revolutionaries who were massacred on 19 December 2000 and to protest against the isolation
policy in the prisons. During the Operation Back-to-Life (sic.) in 2000 the state forces
attacked 20 prisons across the country simultaneously killing 30 revolutionaries and ended
the death fasts against F type prisons.
25 Anarchist Communists walked in the demonstration behind the banner with the slogan
"We are not asking for Democracy from the states and capital. One solution revolution"
The solgans of the Anarchist Communist Initiative were: "Killer State will be destroyed",
" Destroy the Prisons", "Murderers will pay back to the laborers", "No exploitation, No
domination, Long Live Anarchist Communism", "European Union - We are not asking for;
Democracy - We are not asking for; Human Rights - We are not asking for; One solution
revolution; One solution Anarchy." , "Aggressor Police will be punished" , "Long Live
freedom, Long live Anarchy (In Kurdish)" , "Long live People's Fraternity (In Kurdish)".
They also distributed a communique on current domestic events.
