Date Sat, 24 Dec 2005 13:45:03 +0200

Sunday January 8th -- Cascade People's Center -- 309 Pontius Ave N, Seattle WA 98109
What is it?
It's going to be a very informal meet-n-greet. It's a chance for anarchists
in Seattle to get together, shoot the shit, meet new people, learn about
what's going on in our city, propose new ideas for furthering our politics.
Why are you doing this?
Because it's ridiculous that in a city as small as Seattle that there are so
many people who don't know each other, don't talk to each other. How can we
get organized if we don't even communicate with each other?

Who can come?
Any and all anarchists. Anyone who agrees with the idea of anarchism and
anarchist organizing but for whatever reason chooses not to identify
themselves as such. And to dispel any potential rumors --- this event is NOT
by invitation. You don't need to be invited. Just bring yourself.

Who shouldn't come?
People who think their vanguardist party is going to lead the ignorant
masses to salvation. In other words, authoritarians. Sorry ISO, RCP, and the
Workers World Party - you aren't welcome.

What should I bring?
Bring yourself. Bring a friend. Bring food (preferably vegan, but that's up
to you). Bring cold beverages. Bring hot beverages. Bring information on
what your group is doing. Bring ideas for what you'd like to see Seattle
anarchists doing. Bring hottt music (we might have a stereo). Please DON'T
bring booze (I think the CPC is alcohol-free).

Where is the Cascade People's Center?
It's about 2 blocks west of the downtown REI store. Need more help? Dude
you're an adult. Isn't it about time you learn to use Google Maps?
