Just today Parliament implemented novelisation of Demonstrations Law in
Poland. Government started talking about new law after September riots
of miners in capital Warsaw, which left over 60 cops injured and
thousands of dollars damages to government buildings. After they push us
all to the limits with their social cuts, more scandals and lack of
perspectives, they want to silence all protest against them effectively.
This new law is not i nwork yet, as it needs to be accepted by Senate, another government
body, and then signed by president. There is not much expectations fro mthose people of
course so we are all almost sure that new law will be singed without any changes- after all
people being memebrs of those institutions have lots of reasons to be afraid from people.

We of course hope that they will not manage to make it working before
demonstrations against European Economical Summit in warsaw at the end
of April, becasue it will make disruption of this event easier, but
nevertheless, we will be there, with new law or without it-whatever are
their regulations, we remain ungovernable force!

New law makes few important and serious changes to demonstrations. First
of all , demos need to be registered minimum 7 days before its date. It
gives cops and city officials more time to prepare. Now its still 3 days

More important change is that organizers of demonstration will be helf
responsible for all damages during demonstration and directly after it.
Also they can be sued afterwards by "victims" in private cases. This
means that literally no-one will be ready to take such responsibility
and organize legal events. It means of course also that tension on every
street action will grow higher, but also less militant elements will be
probably afraid of taking part in illegal actions.

Last important change is total ban on masking but also on any attempts
to hide identity. It is not exactly said what does it mean, so it give
cops power to interprete it freely and basicall yarrest everyone with
any kind of "suspicious" item like sunglasses, hooded sweaters etc.

All of this means that anarchist/autonomous movement is in serious need
to examine our tactics and think about new ways of bringing militancy on
the streets. We predicted change of our law into more repressive one as
we get closes and closer to joining Fortress Europe, but speed of this
changes surprised even pesimists. Now we need to elaborate new tactics
but message is clear- not all of us will be scared with that and we will
invent new means of attacking structures of power. This struggle is endless!

With revolutionary greetings
