A lease was signed this week to house The Crossroads Infoshop
in Kansas City. The space is a little over 500 square feet and is
located on the southwest corner of 1830 Locust (19th and Locust)
which is in the historic crossroads district. The target date to open
the store is July 2nd which is the first Friday. The store will carry
a variety of radical and progressive books, shirts, and novelties. It
will also serve as a space for film showings, speakers, and

Now is a critical time for support from the community to ensure
the success of this project. We would like for others to feel
ownership in this collective project. If you have suggestions for
books you would like us to carry in the store, or distributors you
would like us to purchase from, contact us. We are also in need of
financial contributors for both the long term success of this
project and initial starting costs. Anything you can contribute is
greatly appreciated. We are seeking individuals who can commit
to monthly donations of $25, $50, or $100 on a monthly basis in
return for generous dis-counts on merchandise.
