[Info from the network Sans titre. More about this week's project there
{and were posted here on a-infos on September 10 in English –

FIRST WARNING FOR GROUP "A WEEK IN BRUSSELS"
The support event for the week of action and squat-opening from October
15 to 25 ended earlier than scheduled. A few hours after we entered the
location, about ten police officers came to end the free party that was
going on in Avenue du Grand Forestier, 20.
After several dozen minutes of "attempted" negotiations we decided to leave the
place and to meet again in Boulevard Louis Schmitz, 10 to join a second free party.

Not more than two hours later the police showed up again, but this time
with seven vehicles and the distinct will not to accept any dialogue.

Six muscled arrests (insultations, menaces, slap-in-the-face...) because
of "incitement to riot", "disturbing public order" and "attempted theft
of weapon of officer" ended our event.

A group decided to go to the police station to find out about the
arrested but were recklessly thrown out by the "representatives of
order". A 7th person was arrested early in the morning in front of the
police station.

Meanwhile the first six arrested have been released, but we stay without
information about the 7th. Most of the arrested make part of the group
"a week in Brussels".

With less than two weeks to go until the beginning of our "festivities",
it seems that the city of Brussels is trying to explain us that our week
of actions is not welcome.
