On the 9th of november there was a conference of the Anarchist Federation in Poznan.
It was preceded by a conference of the Workers Initiative, about which there
will be a separate material. During the meeting we discussed mainly about the folow of
information inside the federation and about ways to optimize this. There were
propositions to revive something like the "Bureau of the FA". However in the end a more
decentralised version was adopted. Instead of having one office which gathers materials
and prints bulletin and then sends it to everyone by mail, we will have a web bulletin.
Everyone will post their materials there, and every section will have somebody who will
print it out and distribute locally.

There will also be an internal email for the "virtual office" of the federation with the looks of
a web mail client accessible to all sections. People who want to contact the federation
will send an e-mail to the virtual office, and whomever from the FA might
reply. The reply will be visible to all.
The virtual bulletin page is ready now thanks to the hospitable host
hardcore.lt, and we will start working soon on the
virtual office page. When it's ready we can send the source to anyone
interested.

The rest of the conference day was devoted to the publishing initiative and ways
to semi-legalise newspapers, so that it is possible to sell them in official
bookstores but without having to pay taxes. Of course the details are confidential.

More discussion was caused by the work on the "platform of ideas". It was seen
as impossible for now to reach a common aggreement on a very detailed common
platform (it's not related with platformism, it's a coincidence of words). So each
section of FA will work on their own, and with time we will see if other sections
will adopt it.
There will be some common work on a more general document.

Zaczek
