  Michel Gaucher is still in bad health. Although his detention in the EP  de
  Lisboa is ilegal, the Tribunal Surpremo has refused his liberation. A new
  complain has been done already.
  But the justice doesn't care of our rights. Because he is in the trap of
  Shengen, the authorities can choose, if they apply portuguese or european rights
  on his case. On the one hand his process in Portugal is administrative,
  he has no right to defend himself. On the other hand, his affaire is
  political(activism, complain to the european court against france, germany, portugal
  and the Shengentreaties, support by politic groups and martial intervention
  of police at the tribunal) and highly emphatic criminalised by the french authorities.

  Every day, the European Union is paying 250 Euros to Portugal for the
  detention of MG. The costs for his living in prison are paid by taxes of the
  portuguese people. This are already about 30.000 Euros profit for the prisonal
  system in Portugal. This system has a huge economic power and is nothing else
  than a big company, based on the cruelty and ignorance of penalty and
  surveillance. Money speaks louder than words, once more.

  Nevertheless he is expecting his extradition to France every day. The
  portuguese authorities want to extrade him by plane. He is epileptic and  this
  flight could be his death penalty. The extradition will occure in cooperation with
  Ana-Aeroportos and Air-France. We have to show to the responsibles, that we
  don't share their opinion about business. It is a shame to earn money on the
   suffering of human beings! Don't work with the police and prison
  establishment! Michel Gaucher is in danger of life and it is a crime to
   work on his extradition! We have to tell this to the responsibles. Not alone.

  Everyone of us.

   To let them feel the power of solidarity in order to break the walls of
  prison.
