ZERO WAR

One-day revolutionary anti-war forum aimed at facilitating direct action, 
revolt and total liberation!

Global capitalism is desperately trying to solve its endless crises with 
non-stop war, militarisation and terror. From Saudi Princelings to 
Washington Generals, the world's leaders have only one answer: bloody 
violent war. Across the globe populations are increasingly terrorised, 
surveilled and controlled under the auspices of "holy wars" and "defending 
freedom". Luckily we are no fools, and a global wave of refusal against war 
is growing. However, here in Australia, some of us are starting to feel that 
this wave of opposition is trapped in out- dated, liberal and reformist 
strategies and tactics. Rally after rally is dominated by the increasingly 
incoherent and conservative voices of trade union bureaucrats, church 
leaders and opportunistic politicians. We feet that we are missing out on a 
great opportunity to radically deepen the revolt against state and market, 
and increase our struggles for liberation. It is going to be direct action 
against the mechanisms of violence that will stop the war, not appeals to 
our rulers.

We hope that ZERO WAR will provide a chance for those who want to fight back 
and reclaim their lives in this time of war... to come together to reflect 
on the struggle so far and start working for peace and liberation!
