After the rallying of the French authorities to UN Resolution
No.1441  which consolidates Bush and Blair's plan for war
against Iraq, it is essential to increase anti-war mobilization
in France. 

Only a mass international mobilization can prevent this war, a
war which would be catastrophic for the Iraqi people who are
already crushed by the embargo and Saddam Hussein's
dictatorship. A war which nothing positive can come from. This
war is aimed at the appropriation of Iraqi oil reserves and the
placing of the country under supervision. It is not aimed at
introducing a democracy, following the example of what happened
in Afghanistan.

Alternative Libertaire will also be participating in the
nationwide day of demonstrations against the war in Iraq, on
Saturday 14th December.
