Report of demo 29.11.02 in Lausanne


On Friday 29th November the Anti-WTO Coordination of Lausanne
together with the OSL (Libertarian Socialist Organization)
organized a solidarity demonstration for those comrades who were
recently imprisoned in Italy.

The demonstration saw over 50 participants who blocked the
entrance to the Italian Consulate with a theatrical action. The
police appeared on the scene, many in anti-riot gear and seemed
disappointed that the event passed off peacefully.

Now, however, we are delighted to hear that some comrades have
been released, but we continue to remember those still inside.
