Actually the group mentioned in the original post in Russian was BAF (Belarus
Anarchist Front), not FAB (Federation of Anarchists in Belarus), although
I would suggest some FAB people took part as well (altogether some 30 persons)
. BAF is a new, kick-ass group mostly from Minsk but also from some other
cities which is organised by quite young people, around 18 years of age.
I do not think they had any special  quarrel with FAB, except that FAB is
not very active.
You may contact BAF by writing to resist68@list.ru. Andrei from Minsk
was in Moscow lately, and said there are up to 40 (!) people in their
meetings,
so you will for sure hear about BAF in future as well.
