Dear comrades,

On September 25th the ORA-SOLIDARITA will organise two meetings. First =
there will be a specific "anarchist communist/platformist" meeting and =
then a general meeting of present libertarian revolutionaries that will =
focus on organisation of the Red & Black Bloc to which we wholeheartedly =
invite foreign comrades of all class struggle anarchist and libertarian =
communist trends who will come to Prague. Detail timetables will be =
available in Prague in all INPEG infocentres.

In case you have not already sorted this out with our Prague comrades, =
so, when you will come to Prague and will need to contact us, please, =

As for the results of an international pressure on Czech union =
bureaucrats organised by the ORA-SOLIDARITA, the ASO will send one of =
its prominent leaders (leader of the Agricultural Workers Union) as a =
speaker to the counter-summit; speaking on Saturday in the "Unions and =
Labour Movement" bloc as you (anarchist speakers should be there to =
confront his visions with an anarchist vision of unions and workers =
resistance during the closing pannel discussion) and that is all. The =
CMKOS timorously organised a timid protest of Czech public workers =
against a wage freeze for the next year (in fact another of effects of =
IMF's and EU's recepices for prosperity) on Sept. 18th in order not to =
be seen by their social partners as extremists and to avoid a =
confrontation with the state power. On their Extraordinary Convention on =
Sept. 19th, they just loudly criticised IMF/WB for what they did prior =
to the crisis of 1997 (their support to mafia like capitalism), but not =
for their todays advices. Though they invited to their Convention the =
Czech minister of finance and IMF's vice-president, not a single =
representative of the INPEG was invited.
